Emory Office of Student Conduct - Student Disciplinary Record Check

Emory Office of Student Conduct - Student Disciplinary Record Check

The Office of Student Conduct is responsible for the oversight of behavioral misconduct of Emory University undergraduate students. If you have identified a professional or personal need to review a student's or your own disciplinary record, please fill out the form below AT LEAST 2 weeks before your deadline. Requests with more than 1,000 students may take more than 2 weeks to complete.

Note:
1. Disciplinary Probation means that the student was allowed to stay at the university but is not in good standing for the duration of the disciplinary probation sanction period.
2. The Office of Student Conduct has a few violations that are deemed "non-reportable" to entities outside of our office. These violations include: failure to leave, candle/incense, and noise.
3. If a letter outlining the person's disciplinary history is requested, please fill out our consent form for third parties found on our website and submit that form in lieu of this one.

If you have any questions, please contact conduct@emory.edu.

*Please note the Office of Student Conduct only manages a subsection of a student's possible disciplinary history, therefore:
1. If you want to check for Title IX violations, please contact the Office of Title IX at titleix@emory.edu.
2. If you want to check for Honor Council/Academic Integrity violations, please contact the respective academic unit.
